Project Scope
Each package includes only the features listed under the selected plan. Any additional features or requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment Terms
- A minimum 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion before the website goes live.
Revisions & Ongoing Changes
- All revisions and change requests after initial delivery are not included in the base package price.
- Revisions will be tracked and billed monthly, with payment due at the end of each month.
- Continuous or major changes may be quoted as a separate project.
Domain Registration
- A domain is included for the first year in all packages.
- After the first year, domain renewal costs will be the client's responsibility.
Hosting & Maintenance
- Website hosting is provided at a rate of Rs. 1,000 per month.
- Hosting fees must be paid monthly to keep the website active.
- Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of the website until dues are cleared.
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content submission.
- Delays in communication may affect the final delivery date.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before launch.
Support
- The Enterprise Package includes 30 days of post-launch support.
- Additional support or maintenance beyond this period may be billed separately.
Ownership
- Full ownership of the website will be transferred to the client after full payment is completed.
- The developer reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio.
Acceptance
By confirming the project and making the initial payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
